Founded in 2023, PM Integrate is a culmination of the knowledge, best practices, and tools used by our founder, Peter Ruddy as he grew his property management firm Ruddy Management Co, to a national company managing over 165MM in real estate assets.

Backed by a track record of success and a wealth of knowledge, PM Integrate was created as a platform to provide owners/operators and brokerages, with the same knowledge and tools, that continues to make Ruddy Management Co. successful.
